Who is responsible

Streamnodo is a service by German. For any question or request about your data, write to info@streamnodo.com.

Streamer data

When you sign in with Twitch we keep your channel name, your Twitch id and the permission you grant (encrypted). It is used to receive your channel events and to create and refund redemptions of the rewards the app creates.

We also keep your tool settings, your open panel sessions (only a fingerprint, they expire after 60 days) and, if you connect it, your Streamlabs token (encrypted).

Pro plan: we keep an internal number for your room and the plan status. Payments are handled by Polar: your card, email and billing details are kept by Polar, not by us. We never send your Twitch id or name to Polar.

Viewer data

Twitch sends us a viewer's id, display name and what they did (sub, Bits, redemption and its cost) when they support or redeem on a channel that uses Streamnodo. We do not ask for email and viewers have no account with us.

Single supports: name, type and amount, the last 500 and at most 62 days. Daily, weekly and monthly totals carry no names.

Leaderboards across streams (Viewer race, Slot machine and Community boss): id, name and counters. Anyone not seen for 180 days is forgotten, and each tool remembers at most 500 viewers.

Rounds in progress (queue, tickets, offers, hits): until the round ends. "Refund by hand" notices: until the streamer dismisses them.

Chat is not stored. Only commands starting with "!" are read, and they stay in the panel log, in memory, until the server restarts.

Why and with whom

Only so the tools work on that streamer's stream. We do not sell or share data, there are no ads or analytics, and data from one channel is never combined with another.

Services we use: Twitch (where events come from), Hostinger (the server the app runs on), Polar (Pro plan payments) and Streamlabs (only if the streamer connects it).

Backups

Each room has a daily copy on the same server. Copies are kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically.

Cookies and browser

Cookie "hl": the language you chose, 12 months. Cookie "oa": 10 minutes, only while you sign in with Twitch. Both are HttpOnly, SameSite and Secure.

The panel keeps your session and the open tab in your browser (local storage). There are no third-party cookies.

How to delete your data

Streamers: in the panel, "Data" tab, "Delete my room". Everything is deleted, backups included; we return the permission to Twitch and remove the rewards the app created. If you have Pro, cancel it first.

If you remove the permission on Twitch (Settings, Connections), we stop using it right away and, if you do not sign in again within 7 days, we delete your room.

Viewers: ask the streamer ("Data" tab, "Forget a viewer") or write to info@streamnodo.com with your Twitch name and the channel. We remove you from leaderboards, supports and rounds; backups roll over within 7 days.
